We begun by climbing a steep hill. Trail shoes were needed for the steep terrain, and our Visitors from Taiping were saying boots with ankle protection will be just good enough, so having forgotten my running shoes and clad with our my miscosin, I took the plunge or is it the flight? Up, up and away.

A short 15 minutes climb and an easy trek of 500 meters takes us to a quiet and secluded jungle stream. In the hot day climate, high temperatures and oppressive humidity leave the impression that it would be best to stop but knowing Kool Dog, it would still be quite a long way to plod on.

When trekking through dense jungle with little exposure to direct sunlight, we were enjoying the run at our own pace and of course the fast runners are no-where to be seen.

It was a great trail to the peak with breath-taking view of Kuala Lumpur; we slowed down at that part together with our Taiping guests to take in the view.

And next was just a short to the trail down, very steep and very dark and most of us were virtually on our hands and knees. It the most challenging part of the overall trail.

We were very well greeted at the exit, this is the moment that all of us are waiting for … Beer again!

We end the day with delightful dinner with signature dishes by respective chef’s best dish.

Run Site: Pantai Hill Park

Run Starts: 5.30pm

Directions:  From Kg. Subang head for NPE pay 2 times toll, at the second toll keep left and look for hash sign turning towards Kg. Kerinchi. Proceed straight till the end of road, run site at condo end.

From: Kepong, KL. head for overhead bridge Pantai and turn in to Kg. Kerinchi, at junction turn right to condo.

Run #186

Run Site: Sec 10, Kota Damansara

Konek appointed Consultant Hare, but no where to be seen when setting the run at Kota Damansara section 10. Perhaps his toxic one leg kick attacked him. Anyhow (Tai Kau Fatt, Mau Lau,Horseman,Vulva,Mr.World & Kool Dogg) manage to put on a trail with only one hour forty five mins.

Wankers attendance less than 50% ,6.00p.m sharp the pack following the up slop trail lead by Yam Seng and reached the main trail turning right reaching the first check, Korek broke this back check and heading down hill and up again before settle on paraller trail and turn up left up hill. This time lead by Phor Boar,guess what?another back check, again broke by Korek.(Meantime, no mood Chickenman made a U turn trail and Hyena,Mata walking their independent trail back to the run site.) Coming back the main trail which bring the pack down to a tricky hill and all the way up up

slop stuff (imagine V shape hill) and finally out at the home trail and takes 20mins to run back to run site and for those walking,will really experience the sweat. First runner out Phor Boar at one hour and last runners Tang Sei Li and Superman one hour twenty mins.

 As usual Beer flow no stop to all present hasher, chit chatting as Kuaci drop his spec.while running back, eventually he broke it by stepping on it."Kuaci always our preserve Wanker".

Circle were call by Vulva starting with the wanking song.G.Wanker on the box and annoucement on Lan#197 Subang Wankers Jollification Run.Inter On Sex Hyena supported the

anoucemnent with sponsor,editing magazine and etc. Finally Batu Api (Kunthai) on the box, Konek first on the Ice Throne for non starter and Kuaci ciggarate butt again.With the absent of the R.A,

G.Wanker closed the circle and Messy Bak Kut Teh were served along the night.

Konek to set the run. 

Run Site: Sec 10, Kota Damansara 

Directions: Coming from Kg Subang, take the Sg Buloh road towards Kepong. After RRI, turn right at the traffic lights and go past Forest Hills (Phang Phooi's favourite joint) and turn left again at the T-junction traffic lights. Turn right upon reaching another T-junction traffic lights and look out for hash signs to turn left at the first traffic lights. Car park next to sekolah kebangsaan.

Venue: Bukit Subang
Directions: Go pass Subang New Village and head towards Monterez Gold Club. At the junction turn right and follow hash signs until the second traffic lights to turn left onto the the bridge over the Guthrie Corridoor Expressway. Keep going straight until you come to a roundabout and follow hash signs to run site.
